UE 2: Analysing the Technology Transfer and Building a Strategy :
UE 3: Contractual Aspects of TT :
UE 4: Negotiation and Communication :
UE 5: Valuation & Exploitation of Intangible Assets :
UE 6: Litigation and Entrepreneurship :

Teaching Methods

The lectures are held in English in Strasbourg and Brusssels.
This Master consists of 22 days of lecture and conferences, a final exam, and the writing and defense of a Master's thesis.

Informations

This training course is an « action d'adaptation et de développement des compétences » (ref. French law). A certificate of attendance is delivered after the course. An evaluation measures the trainees' satisfaction and the achievement of learning objectives.
